Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort

Breakfast was marvellous, with nice dishes. We really enjoyed to have evening drinks at Pui Relax Restaurant & Bar, based nearby.

Everything was great and within 12 minutes' drive of Samui International airport. The pool looked clean. Samui art museum and many other tourist places were not far from the hotel.

Personalized boutique service. Central yet secluded location. Prompt staff service. iPod docks were a convenience. Personal plunge pools are great!

Spa is very pricey. All restaurants are together thus lack individual theme.

The hotel is brand new with very clean and light bungalows. The beach is private. The staff tries to make your stay as comofortable as possible - they are friendly and helpful. There's spa on site so you don't need to go somewhere out.

There are a lot of shrp stones underwater so you have to be very carefull with swimming in the sea.

Relaxed atmosphere. Staff polite and very friendly. Villa with private pool fantastic and cleanliness was exceptional

Remote location meant that on rainy days there was nothing to do. Not really a problem with the hotel, more the location

* the villas doors not sealed so insect can go inside. *even its a known problem in samui island - in this price level resort, i expect to get a stable hot water shower whenever i want, its acute problem - please find a solution.

the service at breakfast time was very poor,the staff did'nt understand and sometimes you did'nt get what you ordered,having no drawers in the room to put your underware in.

i booked and paid for the pool villa but when we got there we got a different room. Informed them about the booking and was told that if i want the pool villa i had to pay an additional fee, which we did.

The pool villa with an 8 metre pool is good value compared with others in Koh Samui. The included breakfast is great. The views are good especially from the beach.

The hotel has not been open long and the processes are still developing. The English language skills of the staff are not as good as other 5 star hotels which can lead to misunderstandings. The steep steps down to the villas from the reception area are dangerous.

Beautiful beach, romantic location. Good to relax but also very comfortable for children with their nice and clean beach next to the hotel and a baby pool. Green everywhere, big trees, all well maintained with gardners cleaning eveyday. Good and rich breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and with nice furniture with ipod and stereo.

The isolated location is nice but hotel has only two daily shuttle services and they are not free. Car or motorbike is required to reach the near Chaweng village or Bophut. The hotel is new and needs some little adjustments to be a good 5stars hotel. The private pools are not always well cleaned. No library in the hotel nor magazines in the room.

First, I hope that the English language is acceptable (car langue de base = français) Nice and quiet place with a small sandy beach. Good food, a bit expensive though.

I found some in the organization dyfonctionnements perhaps explaining the recent existence of this hotel. Clearly, the left hand does not always know what the right hand. An improvement in communication between employees may be advised. The spa offers a variety of care options which are correct. Experience has shown me that the services offered were relatively expensive compared to other salons outside the good-class hotel, the better care I finally agreed.

The set-up is very beautiful and romantic. Like the individual bungalows with own plunge-pools. Very nicely furnished.

The staff was not very well trained and service was very poor and slow. Breakfast was until 10:30am and if you came at 9:50am everything was already gone. It took up to 45 min on different occasions to get an omelet for breakfast. If you ordered drinks to your bungalow in the afternoon, the empty glasses were still there the next day by 2pm. We also could not use our pool 3 days out of 7 - due to problems with the pump. Last day, we had brown water coming out of the taps.... It was something else very day and we had to complain a lot (which is not something you want to do for a relaxing vacation).

It was the most amazing experience I've ever had on vacation. The hotel stay was absolutely beautiful. It's perfect for honeymoon/anniversary stays. The mood lighting, the music, the whole setup was perfect. Even the bathroom was gorgeous. The private jacuzzi pool was a beautiful added touch. Would recommend to everyone.

Room service should be 24 hours. That was my only con.

Stylish free standing bungalows beautifully appointed with own plunge pool gives a luxury feel - great place to relax. French managing chef Cyril is a great chef and goes out of his way to make sure you are looked after.
